#3 Nirvana (2 eggs, spicy sausage, bacon, pobalno chile, cream cheese and assorted cheeses)

#4 Traditional (2 eggs, bacon or sausage, tomato, onion, mushroom and assorted cheeses)

#5 Steak and egg (2 eggs, carne asada and assorted cheeses topped with red or green sauce)
